HAPPY HOLIDAYS FROM SAIDIANA!
Greetings!
As we look back over this last year, we reflect on all the achievements the women we serve have made. From graduating several young mothers from our hair salon vocational training to begin their own business as hairstylists to the women who have completed our sewing school course, our hearts are full knowing these women are paving the way to a better life for themselves. We are grateful for these women and for what they show true strength, hope, and perseverance can achieve. And we are grateful for YOU! You enable this work to be done and for these women’s stories to be told.
“Aksanti” is the Swahili word for “thank you.” You may have seen this video before but it is a poignant reminder of the gratitude shared by the women we serve in the Congo. We wish you a wonderful end to 2019 and ask you to consider us in your year-end giving.
